General

Yes, ZAS Naturals respects the animals who we share our planet with. We would never want to hurt or endanger them. We do not test our products on animals. We use innovative and alternative ways to test our product safety. We rely on scientific data and literature, raw material safety testing, human testing to ensure our product safety as an alternative to animal testing.

Confirmation emails are sent after every order is placed. If you are not able to locate your confirmation email please check your spam or promotions folder. The email will be sent from info@zasnaturals.com. Another email will be sent to you with your order tracking number once created.

Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping
times vary depending on option selected at checkout. Average shipping times for ground shipping is 3-5 days. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are seeing delays in shipping with
our partners.
 

Simply go to https://zasnaturals.com/a/track and fill in your "Email Address or Order Number" and click on TRACK button. You will then find a list of all active Orders Tracking numbers that you have with us. If you have any questions about your order visit or FAQ page or feel free to contact us at help@zasnaturals.com

If you have placed an order on our website, our customer service team can help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested via email and prior to order processing. Please note that our customer service team is unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it begins processing. Processing usually begins within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unopen to be eligible for returns. The customer will responsible for postage on any goods they wish to return. After we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to processed. Once processed, it may take 7 - 10 days for the refund to reflect on your account. Times will vary depending on original payment method used and financial institution processing times.

 We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada.
